We are not mountain sheep!
We went out with the humans and we climbed a rocky hill. There was a lot of loose stones and sand but we have four paw drive so we managed fine. Then we were thirsty so we drank a lot.
Road trips are tiring
They did not bring pillows or cushions, so I will rest on my little sister. She does not mind because I am the alpha female.

My bags are packed
They woke up at 5 this morning. Normally, when that happens we all go to the place where one person gets out and doesn't come back for a week. But today my stuff was packed!
We are waiting for Mia and her mom. Apparently we are all going on a roadtrip!

Waiting at the airport
He took us to the airport again. There are lots of things to see and smell there. When Mia's mom spotted us and called her, she went into sensory overload and was looking everywhere but straight forward.
Then we realised it was she. And we both went bananas and made other people smile and laugh as they watched us welcome our human home.

I will clean your face now
As we had stopped to pose for yet another photo, I decided to clean my sister's face.

Home is the best playground
Humans are so thoughtful when it comes to our needs. We just love obstacle courses and trampolines and they arrange everything to make it fun jumping from one to the other without touching the floor!

Sleepover at Mia's
My humans are out and I am staying with Mia and her mom. She is sharing her bed with me. But when she stays mine I also like to share her bed.
Such are the perks of being the older sister.

Faster than a Greyhound
We have not actually seen one of these alleged 'Greyhounds' but our humans say they are fast and they are dogs. This will only be verified by us chasing one and then smelling it.
Until that happens we will chase each other when let off leash on an open and empty field.

Me at the park
This weekend my human mom took me into the city and we went for a walk in Green Point park. It was sensory overload for me; there were too many other dogs there that I couldn't bark at any of them. I just took everything in and then slept like a bug in a rug when we got home.

Summer came back yesterday
We are supposed to be well into autumn / winter but yesterday people were on the beach sunbathing as Mother Nature treated us to 28c perfect weather!
Our coats prefer cooler weather but the heat makes us want to walk on wet sand to cool our paws and we try to dash into the surf if he isn't watching..,
