After an enthusiastic welcome for his dad where Dimitri wanted ALL the attention he is now fast asleep. But I have stamina and will stand at the garage door till my mom comes back. Or maybe he is here to walk us? Who knows?
Mia
I am still getting used to my new home(s) and routine(s). This morning Mia and her human came to pick me up and took me to their house. I wasn’t too sure what I was supposed to do but I eventually hopped into my Ouma’s car. Apparently this happens quite a lot during the week.
So, if this is to be my second home, I am trying out Mia’s nice big Rogz bed for size. I think it fits me rather nicely!
Not to be outdone in the flood of Dimitri focused pictures over the past couple of days, please note how cute I am in bed, with Mr. Clown. Such cuteness could never grab and shake a doglet on the beach. Never! BOL!

Oh boy. I got another of those delicious cruncy yummy things. This one is harder to eat that yesterday’s one and I LOVE IT!
Why they won’t let me eat it in the lounge is a mystery but at least he is sitting here watching me and keeping me company in the garage.
I had a nice lazy morning in my new home while I watched the humans get ready for the day. Then Mia came to visit. She will be with me today!
They tied my ears back because I am about to get a bone!
My new family took Mia and I to Melkbosstrand. There was lots to see and smell and Mia and I wanted to run around but then that little dog in one of the photos went for Mia and next thing she had it in her mouth and everyone was freaking out and that made me nervous.
That is one of my new dads in the yellow jersey. I like to look up at him while we walk because I love him. He gives me food and hugs. Mia is walking with her mom - my new Ouma.
It was fun, adventure filled outing!
They have a flying yellow thing. It squeaks, moves and can fly! Wow! It is quite fascinating!
That pope must have made me us saints as my breed is a St. Poodle! BOL!
I am a Spoo! My full name is Africaniche Demolition Man of Spacecadet but otherwise known as Dimitri.
On my birth certificate it says my sex is dog, which is funny. Because I am one! BOL!
My brothers, sisters and I were born 27 July 2011. When I was old enough I went to live in a loving home with lots and lots of canine brothers and sisters. My mom has a parlour and also shows little fluffy canines. She is very busy, so my human mom spoke to Babette’s humans and asked if they would enjoy giving me the same love and attention they gave her.
And now I have a new home, with new stuff and new smells and 2 dads. And I seem to have a new sister called Mia who looks similar to me but is smaller. And Mia has a human mom who is now my grandma. Humans have confusing family terminology!
I hope my new furiends and their humans don’t mind me joining Babette and Mia’s Internets world. I look forward to sharing some of my life with all of you.
